iSales-uk is an idea that was born after our last house move three years ago. We were amazed by the amount of money that we'd spent on Estate Agents and their commission, especially when we thought about how little they had actually done for it.

Having spoken to friends and family, we realised they had the same frustrations and so we began to look at how we could change the system. We wanted to find a way which enables the home owner to sell their own property, with uploads to the major property portals, thus saving money.

There's no reason you shouldn't be able to sell your home yourselves, it's just having the right tools to hand and the confidence to make it happen. The majority of home owners are happy to show potential buyers around their property themselves - speaking from personal experience, we have always found it much nicer to be shown around a property by the home owner who is usually more informative and enthusiastic.

 

We are not, and never have been, an Estate Agent, but over the years we have been disappointed with the service offered by Estate Agents. Despite this, we still have to pay the extravagant costs.
