Step-by-Step Guide
Sell your property online instead of going via an estate agent.
Step 1
Click one of the three main products: Bronze, Silver, Gold, or the Registration button.
Step 2
Fill out the registration form with your details, including your name, email address and password. Read the Terms and Conditions, tick the box, and click 'Sign up'.
Step 3
Update your profile details, telephone number, mobile number and address. You can also change your password from here too.
Step 4
Click 'Create a new property' to start the iSales-uk property wizard.
Step 5 Address Tab

Step 5 Address Tab
This is where you will need to fill out the address of the property that you are looking to sell.
NOTE: Please make sure your have entered your property address before you go to the next page. The site will not save any information without an address entered.
Click 'Next'.
Step 6 Details Tab
Start by filling out the Type of Property, eg House, Bungalow, Detached, Semi-Detached, Flat, etc. Next fill in the number of bedrooms and price. Click 'Generate Title Description' - you can amend this description at any time.
NOTE: It's advisable to create your property details in word or similar before inputting onto our site, this will allow you to correct any spelling mistakes and give it a more professional finish.
Step 7 Detail Tab
Tick each of the rooms that your property has and then click 'Generate Full Description'. You can amend this description at any time. Click 'Next'.

Step 8 Contact Details
Please supply your email address and telephone numbers, which will be kept private from buyers. Next, choose which number you want to use Phone Protect with. Click 'Next'.

Step 9 Personal Comments Tab
Use this opportunity to point out the best features of the area. For example, what is the neighbourhood like, is it a town or village? What amenities are local to you (schools, train stations, etc). Click 'Next'.
Step 10 Upload Images, Documents and Save Tab
Click 'Add Photos' and select the images of your property that you've saved on your computer.
Step 11 Upload Images, Documents and Save Tab
Click 'Add Floorplans' and select the floorplans of your property that you've saved on your computer.
Step 12 Upload Images, Documents and Save Tab
Click 'Add EPC' (Energy Proformance Certificate) and select the EPC of your property that you've saved on your computer.

Click 'Add EPC' (Energy Proformance Certificate) and select the EPC of your property that you've saved on your computer.
Step 13 Upload Images, Documents and Save Tab
Click 'Upload & Save' to upload your images, save your property details and return to your 'My iSales' account. You are now ready to publish your property onto iSales-uk and Zoopla’s website.
NOTE: Please make sure you have entered an address in the address tab BEFORE you Upload and Save.
The site will not save any information without an address entered.
NOTE: if you have missed any of the the information out, the wizard will show you a red banner displaying the message 'Whoops. There was an issue when attemping to save this property. Please correct any errors and try again'. You will see the tab with the missing information as the text will have changed to red. Simply click this tab, fill out the missing information and then save the details again.
Step 14 Your Properties
Under 'Your Properties' click 'Publish'.
Step 15 Choose Your Package
Choose the package which suits you the best and click 'Buy Now'. This will take you to the payment screen. After payment has been completed, you will then be taken back to your 'My iSales' account and your property details will be passed on our publishing team for approvel. Once approved your property will be uploaded onto iSales-uk and Zoopla within 24 hours.
Step 16 Your Properties
Under 'Your Properties' your property should now be uploaded to iSales-uk and Zoopla. If your property has not uploaded then click 'Publish', which will then upload your property details onto iSales- uk and Zoopla Property Group websites.
